The aromatherapy was simply inhaling the vapor of a mixture from lemon and rosemary early in the morning, after which their functions were a lot better. There were no side-effects or bad behavior, in fact all of them have shown very good improvement.

Due to the anti-inflammatory properties of this oil, it can provide calming effects and it can also relieve from some types of pain. For example if you have joint or muscle pain, simply apply this oil on the affected area and massage in a circular and gentle motion. Or you can mix it with a few drops of peppermint oil and coconut oil, and then massage the affected area.
