This exercise will improve your eye muscles.


This exercise is mostly strengthen your eye muscles and improve your vision or restore it. For example, you are spending a lot of time in front of your laptop or your computer, and during that period how often do you think you blink?

That makes your eyes to suffer, because you are not blinking enough as you should. The blink movement is simply preparing your eyes for the next information they are about to see, and the darkness when you blink, is helping them to process the things a lot easier that you see.

Cover Your Face

Use your palms to cover your eyes, but don’t add any pressure on your eyes. Simply leave enough space in your palms, so that you may blink inside the darkness of the palms. This simple technique is relieving from the tension and the stress, so it’s very beneficial for your eyes. This is also extremely beneficial if you spend a lot of time on your computer or your laptop.
