He called for all women from the age of 20 to be given free pills of vitamin D, since vitamin D is lowering the risk of breast cancer.

Professor Joan Lappe, at the school of nursing and medicine at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska maintains:

Also the cases will be less fatal to patients who have these types of cancers, and the chances of getting them will be reduced by half. Vitamin D should be used more than the chemo therapies and radiation.”

An advice was given to the adults by GrassrootsHealth, to maintain the levels of serum around 40ng/mL, they should take about 8000 IUs daily.

Boost your levels of vitamin D by exposing you self to the sun or getting a tan. Take vitamin K2 if you decide to take any supplements.

Test your levels twice a year (on 6 months) and aim to maintain a clinically relevant level of serum around 60 ng/mL through the year.

You should test at the highest and lowest point, in August and in February.
